Real Estate Reels Video Editing

Each week I shoot short real-estate clips that I later turn into 30-60 second Instagram Reels. I need an experienced video editor who can take these rough takes, strip out background noise and room echo, and then layer on engaging visuals, crisp captions, and tasteful sound effects so the finished Reel keeps viewers glued from the first second to the last.

Here’s how the workflow usually looks on my end: I’ll send you the raw footage together with a brief script that outlines the storyline or hook—for example highlighting a property’s hidden feature, a quick market tip, or a neighborhood surprise. Your task is to build the situational edit around that script, making sure the pacing matches the platform and the real-estate niche.

Technical expectations
• Audio cleanup: remove hiss, hum, wind, and slap-back echoes without sacrificing voice clarity.
• Visual polish: color-grade for bright, welcoming tones; add lower-third titles and animated captions timed to speech.
• Sound design: select or create effects and background music that feel modern yet professional. I’m open to ambient sounds, music tracks, voice enhancements—whatever best suits each story.
• Deliverables: final 1080×1920 MP4 optimized for Instagram Reels plus the editable project file (Premiere Pro or Final Cut preferred).
