Video Editor Needed for The Luxury Project Podcast

I’m looking for a talented, reliable video editor to edit one-hour YouTube podcast interviews for The Luxury Project, a real estate, lifestyle, business, and wealth-focused media brand.

Each episode is a conversational interview, and I need someone who can turn raw footage into a polished, engaging, high-end YouTube episode. The editing should feel clean, modern, elevated, and professional—not overly flashy or overly edited.

What I need:

- Edit 45–60 minute podcast interviews for YouTube
- Sync multiple camera angles and audio
- Use natural camera switches based on the conversation
- Remove long pauses, repeated words, awkward moments, technical issues, and unnecessary tangents
- Clean and balance audio, reduce background noise, and improve overall sound quality
- Basic color correction and lighting enhancement
- Add branded intro/outro, logo, lower thirds, guest name/title, and occasional on-screen text for important moments
- Add subtle transitions, b-roll, photos, graphics, or screenshots when helpful
- Add captions/subtitles
- Deliver final video in YouTube-ready format, preferably 4K if footage allows

Bonus if you can also provide:

- 5–10 vertical short-form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Engaging text overlays and captions for short clips
- YouTube thumbnail design or thumbnail concepts
- Short teaser/trailer clips
