Produce a cinematic and dreamy atmospheric riser

So I am looking for a short cinematic and dreamy riser for a new audio series. Should be a fun project. It must be memorable and be very atmospheric, with heavy use of ambient drones and potentially synths. The key is the atmosphere. Perhaps a lot of layering of different effects and others. If you want to make it a full track, then that's ok too. A demo would be good to understand your approach to the project. I would appreciate if commercial rights and exclusive use were included in this request. It must be unique and have its own identity. Thanks!
