## 1. Project Overview
We have a long-form podcast video from which we will provide selected **reel cuts/clips**.
The requirement is to convert these provided cuts into **3 polished, engaging, visually appealing, and social-media-ready reels**.
The objective is not just to cut the footage, but to **beautify and enhance the overall video** so that the reels look premium, engaging, and professionally produced.

## 2. Scope of Work
The editor will be responsible for:
* Editing **3 podcast reels** based on the cuts provided by us.
* Creating a clean, premium, and engaging edit suitable for **Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts**.
* Removing unnecessary pauses, gaps, repetitions, and awkward portions.
* Maintaining a smooth flow and good pacing throughout the reel.
* Adding **relevant B-roll footage** wherever required to make the reel more visually engaging.

* **Beautifying/enhancing the video** through professional colour correction and overall visual treatment.
