Polish Two Tutorial Videos

I have two short tutorial videos—one just under three minutes, the other about four—that are already trimmed to their final length. What I need now is a professional-looking, professional-sounding finish.
Visually, the main issue is softness. Please sharpen the image so on-screen text and product details look crisp while keeping the overall picture natural. If a touch of subtle colour or contrast adjustment helps the sharpness pop, feel free, but the priority is a clear, tack-sharp result.
On the audio side, the voice track sits a little uneven in places. I’d like consistent volume throughout, free of any minor hiss or muddiness, so viewers never have to reach for the volume knob. No fancy sound design—just clean, balanced speech that matches the polished visuals.
When you’re done, deliver both finished files in MP4 (1080p, same frame rate as the sources). Please keep the existing cuts and timing exactly as they are; this is purely a quality pass.
