Polish Screen-Recorded Tutorial Video

I already have the raw screen-recording with live narration and now need a skilled video editor to turn it into a clean, engaging tutorial. The footage runs just under 15 minutes; after tightening pauses, zooming on key UI elements, and trimming any stumbles, the finished piece will likely land around the 10-minute mark.
What I’m looking for:
• Smooth cuts that maintain the natural flow of my voice-over
• On-screen callouts, subtle cursor highlights, and lower-third labels to reinforce each step
• Brief intro/outro stings using my logo (supplied)
• Simple text captions for shortcuts or commands I mention
• Consistent audio levels and light noise reduction so the narration sounds crisp
I work in 1080p, 30 fps—please deliver the final file in the same specs (MP4, H.264) along with the editable project file in whichever software you prefer (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
