I’ve recorded just under 30 minutes of raw, vlog-style footage walking viewers through a high-end property, and now I need it shaped into one seamless, long-form YouTube tour that sells the overall lifestyle experience of the home. I’ll give you a reference video so you can match the pacing, mood, and restrained elegance I’m after. Also, it showcases our personalities and that we are FUN!
Here’s what I’m looking for: remove hesitations, rambles, and obvious mistakes without over-cutting the flow; add smooth jump cuts where necessary; apply light colour correction for a bright, natural look; balance dialogue and ambient sound, cleaning minor background noise; layer in subtle, modern background music that feels luxurious yet neutral as well as B roll provided; and insert minimal on-screen text—think address, key features, or quick location call-outs—kept tasteful and unobtrusive. No flashy effects, gimmicky transitions, or busy graphics.
The deliverable is a single high-resolution file (4K or the best possible from the source) exported in a YouTube-ready codec, plus the project file in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whichever you prefer. I’m happy to do a round or two of light tweaks after the first cut to get everything just right.
