Polish Audio For Three Reels

I have three short, vertical social-media reels that need their speech tracks rescued from background hiss and minor echo, then mixed with an upbeat, royalty-free music bed. The brief is simple:
• Clean the existing speech so it sounds clear and natural on phone speakers.
• Add a lively, upbeat instrumental underneath, balancing it so the words stay front-and-center.
• Master the final mix to around –14 LUFS with peaks below –1 dBFS, export at 1080 × 1920 H.264 ready for Instagram and TikTok.
• Supply a separate vocal stem and a full-mix WAV in case I need last-minute tweaks.
No additional sound effects are needed—just the music. Feel free to work in Adobe Audition, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Logic Pro, or any tool you prefer; I only care that the finished reels sound clean, punchy, and consistent across all three files.
