Podcast Producer & Administrator Needed

Summary
I am looking for a freelance Podcast Producer / Administrator for consistent work. The podcast is a small history podcast which produces two hour-long audio episodes a month. These episodes are scripted narratives. Smaller mini-episodes (10-20 minutes) are also produced on a monthly basis. There are occasional interview episodes as well, which may have a video component.

Core Tasks:
* Edit 2-5 hours of raw audio on a monthly basis.
* Edit video shorts/reels.
* Generate audio files
* Update ClickUp and other tracking tools
* Create templated posts on Wordpress website.
* Conduct basic lead-generation tasks.
* Gather images for social media posts.

Requirements:
* Experience editing audio files
* High level of English
* Detail Orientated
* Hard Working
* No set timezone. Flexible Hours / Remote Working
* Strong Internet connection for audio files

Desirable:
* Listens to podcasts
* Interested in history
