The tasks include:
- Editing audio: Cutting and splicing segments, balancing and leveling sound
- Creating show notes
- Adding intro and outro music
- Potentially creating social media shorts

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven podcast editing experience
- Proficient in audio editing software
- Strong organizational skills for show notes
- Creative in making engaging social media content
- Understanding of neurodiversity is a plus but not mandatory
