Podcast Company Requires Multiple Virtual Roles

We're hiring for various virtual roles for our podcast company starting in May. If your experience fits, we're open to combining roles & offering a higher monthly rate.

$100 USD per month (flat rate).

Long Term Role, will only consider permanent candidates (not project based).

Hiring process will consist of 1 trial project & interview with CEO.

1.Audio & Video Marketer
-Proven track record of growing podcasts via Youtube, Spotify, Apple, other streaming platforms.
-Knowledge SEO, Analytics & overall knowledge of how to gain Followers/Subscribers & monetize Podcasts.

2.Social Media Manager
-Proven track record of growing podcasts via Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook preferably for podcasts.
-Experience with growth/strategy for small business’s & tech savvy.

3. Audio Editor
-Edit 4 Audio/Video Podcasts & adding subtitles per month.
-Basic editing experience required.

4.Podcast Social Media Graphic Designer
-Create graphics for 5 posts per week (20 per month) on IG & TT.
-Basic graphic design knowledge to create branding assets.

5.Podcast Producer
-Book 4 guests monthly (services provided) & complete various admin tasks e.g -guest research, prep docs etc.
-Manage all team members, meet monthly with CEO.
-Must be fluent English, & be comfortable with virtual meetings in various time zones/Company USA based.
