I'm looking for an experienced editor to enhance both the audio and video for my podcast.

Audio Edits Needed:
- Noise reduction
- Volume leveling
- Adding background music

Video Edits Needed:
- Cutting out sections
- Adding transitions
- Visual effects

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition)
- Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Experience with podcasts or similar content
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to meet deadlines
