I have a steady stream of Japanese-language audio and video files that need to be turned into clear, accurate text. Because the recordings come from a mix of interviews, casual conversations, and the occasional lecture, I’m looking exclusively for native speakers who can capture every nuance, filler word, and honorific without guesswork.
Files reach me in common formats—MP3, MP4, and WAV—so you should be comfortable handling any of those. For each assignment I will send you a brief style sheet specifying whether I need a clean read or full-verbatim with timestamps. In every case, I’ll expect:
• A neatly formatted Japanese transcript returned as a Word or plain-text file
• Time-stamps at agreed intervals when requested
• At least 98 % accuracy, double-checked before delivery
Turnaround time varies, but most files run 30–60 minutes and I’ll let you know the deadline up front; reliable communication is essential. If you are a native Japanese transcriber with a good ear and solid attention to detail, I’d love to collaborate on an ongoing basis.
