We are looking for a skilled video editor to create a cinematic 3–5 minute podcast intro montage that plays before the full episode. The goal is to build mystery, curiosity, and emotional tension, motivating viewers to stay and watch the entire podcast.

The montage should feel intriguing and story-driven, not like a summary.
Use carefully selected clips that hint at powerful insights, disagreements, or revelations without giving away full answers.
Overall tone: dramatic, modern, and premium—similar in pacing and impact to content by Ranveer Allahabadia and Raj Shamani.
Editing Requirements
Written & styled subtitles for both host and guest (clear hierarchy, emphasis on key words).
