Multilingual Audio Recording and Transcription
Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 USD
I'm seeking experienced vendors to handle 120 hours of audio recording and transcription across 10 languages and 8 global regions, including Australia, UK, India, UAE, Canada, Germany, Sweden, and Brazil. The project involves both general conversational and medical speech domains.
Key Requirements:
- Record and transcribe audio in German, Swedish, and Portuguese, among other languages.
- Audio files must be in WAV format, mono, 16 kHz, 16-bit PCM, with durations of 5–20 minutes per file.
- Each speaker's audio must include a UUID-based identifier for tracking purposes.
- Transcriptions must adhere to strict linguistic rules and undergo a two-tier QA process (TR + LQA).
- Files must be uploaded to our secure client portal, with any rejected recordings re-recorded and re-uploaded within 6 hours.
- Vendors must ensure high-quality, low-noise environments for recordings.
- Ability to quickly scale resources as needed.
