Montage made: all audios are time stamped and ready to be put together. A few minor clarifications are requested. I need completed not until May 20th(ish)

I am requiring a montage made by an experienced and skilled freelancer. All necessary audio files have already been time-stamped and are ready to be used. I am requesting a few minor clarifications prior to commencement of the project. Completion of the project is needed no later than May 20th(ish). I have a total of 30 audio files with only a few clips per audio. It is important that the quality is up to standard. The montage that is required is for a put together of clips I have marked and ready. The timeline for completion of the project is 3 weeks.
