Interview Audio Transcription Project
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have 14 interview recordings in audio-only format, each running between 30 and 60 minutes. I need clean and accurate transcripts for every file so I can easily quote and reference the conversations in my research notes.
Your task is straightforward: listen to each recording and create a written transcript, preserving the speakers’ wording, tone, and any notable pauses or emphases. Speaker labels are important because multiple voices appear in most sessions. I don’t require verbatim “ums” and false starts, but I do want the content captured faithfully, including industry-specific terms that come up.
Please deliver one well-formatted document per interview, clearly titled to match the audio file name. Time-stamps at reasonable intervals (e.g., every minute or at topic shifts) will help me cross-check key points later, so include those as well.
If you use tools like Express Scribe, Otter, or Trint for first-pass automation, make sure to proofread thoroughly; I’m after human-level accuracy, not raw machine output.
Deliverables:
• 14 polished transcripts, speaker-labeled, with time-stamps
• Returned in either MS Word or Google Docs, ready for copy-paste use
Let me know your expected turnaround and any questions about audio quality or formatting preferences.
