Inspirational Customer Review Video

I need a polished, authentic customer-review video that I can embed on my website. The story should feel genuinely uplifting and motivational, capturing the real benefits of our product through a happy customer’s own words.
Here is what I’m aiming for: the final clip should come across as an inspirational mini-success story—nothing scripted or corporate-sounding, just a warm, relatable narrative that leaves viewers feeling confident about working with us.
Deliverables
• 1 finished video, ideally 60–90 seconds, edited in HD (MP4)
• Clean cuts, balanced audio, light color correction, and simple lower-third with the customer’s name and location
• All source files (project file, raw footage, audio tracks) so we can re-edit later if needed
Acceptance criteria
• Message remains positive and uplifting throughout
• Visual and audio quality suitable for direct upload to a modern website without further tweaking
• Signed release from the featured customer confirming we have the right to publish their testimony online
If you already have a proven workflow for interview-style shoots—remote recording, on-location, or studio—let me know which approach you prefer. Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve is welcome, but I’m flexible on the tools as long as the end result looks crisp and inspiring.
