Hindi & Punjabi Podcast Editor

Job ID: 40307592

Budget: $50 – $70 CAD

I have just launched a conversational podcast recorded in both Hindi and Punjabi, and I’m looking for an editor who is comfortable working in these languages. Each episode runs between 30–60 minutes and I need the full spectrum of editing—from the basic cleanup of stumbles and long pauses through to the more advanced touches that give a show polish: noise reduction, level balancing, tight transitions, and tasteful use of music or effects where they enhance the flow.

You’ll receive raw multitrack audio (WAV) along with any reference music beds or stingers I want included. I use Audacity at my end, but you are free to work in Adobe Audition, Reaper, Pro Tools, or any DAW you prefer, as long as you can return a mastered MP3 plus the editable project file or stems.

Deliverables
• Finished, broadcast-ready MP3 (and WAV if available)
• Intro/outro music inserted at specified cue points
• Cleaned dialogue with natural pacing, free of major background noise and filler words
• Basic loudness-matched mix that meets podcast platform standards (LUFS around –16 stereo)
• Timestamped note of any sections you feel need my review before publication

Fluency in Hindi and Punjabi is essential so humor, idioms, and cultural references land correctly after edits. If this sounds like your skill set, let me know your expected turnaround time per episode and any recent samples that showcase similar work.
