I need a straightforward, start-to-finish video that documents an upcoming bodybuilding competition in simple chronological order. The coverage begins as competitors arrive at the airport, follows them to the hotel, captures their movement to the venue, warm-ups, backstage moments, individual stage appearances, and ends with the award ceremony.
Because the budget is tight, I’m aiming for practical, no-frills production:
• Continuous filming that keeps the natural flow of the day.
• Light editing—mainly trimming dead time and adding simple lower-third titles for competitor introductions.
• One final full-length file (1080p MP4) that plays straight through with elaborate transitions or effects.
• Clean, balanced audio so on-stage commentary and ambient crowd noise remain clear.
Footage delivery can be via cloud link or hard drive hand-off, whichever is easier. If you already own portable lighting and a gimbal or stabilizer, that’s a plus, but I’m not requesting extra rented gear.
