Forensic Whisper Audio Enhancement
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have several WAV recordings captured inside my home. In each file the voices I need are being whispered from a distance while a refrigerator hums and other normal household sounds fill the background. My goal is to hear every word clearly enough that the result can stand as evidence if required.
What I need from you:
• Produce a cleaned-up version of each recording where the whispered speech is as intelligible as technically possible and unmistakably distinct from the background noise.
• Provide a verbatim transcript, preferably with rough timestamps, so I can follow along and reference exact moments later.
Please work with whatever professional tools you feel are best (iZotope RX, Adobe Audition, forensic-grade plug-ins, etc.). I only ask that you document any major processing steps so the chain of work can be explained if challenged.
If you can demonstrate prior success extracting low-level speech from noisy sources, I’m ready to send a short sample immediately and move forward.
