Fix Vocal Glitch in Recording

The song is almost perfect, except for a four-second hiccup caused by a mobile screen recording. From 3:07 to 3:08 the audio drops out, then the vocal races ahead until 3:11, after which everything sounds normal again. I have the original audio file to work from, so you don’t need to rely solely on the screen capture.
Your task is to repair or at least convincingly disguise that 3:07–3:11 section so the timing, phrasing, and tone feel completely natural. Please leave the pitch untouched—any hint of robotic artefacts will stand out in this vocal performance.
Any repair workflow is welcome (iZotope RX, Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Reaper, etc.); I only care about the end result.
