Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
I have an audio file, roughly 5–15 minutes long, that I intend to use as legal evidence. The speaker I need to hear is extremely faint and buried under intermittent background conversations.
Your job is to isolate and amplify that specific voice while keeping the file admissible—no artificial additions, just careful noise reduction, spectral editing, and level balancing. A clean, intelligible track plus a brief written note of the steps you took will be enough; if you can also provide a time-coded transcript of what the recovered voice says, that’s a bonus.
I’m happy with whichever tools you prefer—iZotope RX, Adobe Audition, or similar—as long as the final result is a high-quality WAV and a transparent workflow I can explain in court if required.
