Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My birthday greeting is already laid out in QuarkXPress 2026; the only thing missing is the music and a fool-proof way to publish it. I’ll supply two tracks—an instrumental and a vocal version—and I need the finished piece delivered as a single, responsive HTML page that looks and sounds perfect on iOS, Android, and desktop browsers alike.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Export my existing QuarkXPress layout to clean, lightweight HTML/CSS (no quality loss).
• Embed both audio files with an intuitive play/stop toggle; no autoplay.
• Ensure full responsiveness so the design scales neatly on phones and large screens.
