I’m launching a YouTube channel dedicated to long-form podcast episodes and need a skilled editor to turn raw recordings into engaging, share-worthy videos. Each episode should feel lively and polished without losing the conversational vibe.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A creative style packed with effects and transitions—specifically smooth cuts between segments and eye-catching visual graphics that reinforce key moments.
• Consistent colour grading, audio levelling, and noise reduction so every upload looks and sounds professional.
• A reusable intro/outro that fits the podcast’s branding, plus lower-thirds or on-screen cues when discussion points change.
• Export settings optimised for YouTube, along with basic channel set-up guidance (playlists, upload defaults, thumbnail and description templates) so I can keep the look uniform moving forward.

I’ll provide the raw video, separate audio tracks, a logo, and any reference material. You’ll return the final edited video, source project files, and a quick summary of what you did so future episodes follow the same structure.
