Remote Video Editor (Long-Term / Monthly Pay / Performance-Based)
I’m looking to hire a video editor for a growing online content channel. This is a remote, flexible-hours role — ideal if you are self-motivated, creative, and excited about building something long-term.
What we need:
Editing of long-form and short-form video content (YouTube, Instagram, maybe future podcast work).
Someone who can take inspiration from content on YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn — and translate ideas into engaging edits.
Ability to self-manage workflows: manage raw footage, import/export, organise project files, deliver on schedule.
Good English communication + ability to collaborate, take feedback, and contribute ideas for content, editing style, growth + distribution strategy Interest in growth and long-term collaboration — as channel grows, role may expand (more pay, more responsibilities).
Nice to have (but not mandatory):
Previous editing experience / portfolio (long-form, short-form, or social media content).
Interest in podcasts — editing audio/video, cutting clips, handling multi-platform posting.
Willingness to suggest ideas for equipment or workflow improvements, and adapt to evolving needs.
Compensation: ~₹ 10,000/month (approx. equivalent), performance-based, with potential to grow as channel scales.
