Create Testimonial-Style Videos (Developers, PMs, Team Members) for a Dev Tool

I’m putting together a series of short, straight-to-camera testimonial videos that highlight how our developer tool helps real teams work smarter.
Each video will be a single-speaker monologue (no interviewer on screen). Speakers will look directly into the camera and share a natural, experience-based story. We’re intentionally featuring multiple perspectives—developers, project managers, and other team members—so the final set feels authentic and well-rounded.

I’m looking for someone who can own the end-to-end video workflow, including:
Light script polishing and structure (not heavy marketing copy)
Coaching speakers on natural delivery (remote recording)
Full post-production:
Colour correction
Clean, balanced audio
Subtle lower-thirds (name + role)
Burned-in or separate SRT captions
Deliverables
1080p MP4 files
~60 seconds per video
Delivered via shared folder (Drive / Dropbox)
Ideal Experience
You’ve produced monologue-style testimonial videos before, ideally for SaaS, developer tools, or tech products. Experience working with remote speakers is a strong plus.
