Correct MP4 Audio lag & Sync Issues with Video

I have a recorded MP4 in which the audio consistently drifts out of sync from the very first frame and stays off for the entire duration. The video is otherwise clean; the only problem is that the dialogue no longer lines up with the speaker’s lips.
What I need is a corrected file where the audio track sits perfectly on time from start to finish. I’m happy for you to use whatever workflow you prefer—DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or a command-line FFmpeg pass—as long as the final export matches the original resolution, frame rate, and overall quality.
