Corporate Videography and Photography Shoot - Bowral, NSW (Week Commencing April 27)
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
Project Overview
We are commissioning a 1-day video and photography shoot to create a premium content library for a high-end audiology service.
This content will be used across paid advertising, landing pages, and ongoing marketing campaigns. The expectation is commercial-grade output, not basic social content.
⸻
Shoot Timing
• Preferred dates: Week commencing 27th April 2026 or the following week
• Final shoot date will be confirmed based on talent and location availability
• Must be available for a full-day shoot (approx. 6–8 hours on-site)
⸻
Location
• Bowral, New South Wales (Southern Highlands)
• Filming will take place across 1–2 high-quality residential locations
⸻
Scope of Work
1. Pre-Production (Light)
• Review supplied brief and shot list
• Confirm equipment, audio setup, and shooting approach
• Align on run sheet for the day
No heavy pre-production is required, but organisation and efficiency on the day is critical.
⸻
2. Production (1-Day Shoot)
You will be responsible for capturing:
• Talking-to-camera segments (multiple takes)
• Cinematic B-roll covering full service experience
• Supporting brand and lifestyle footage
• Professional still photography
You must be capable of:
• Directing non-professional talent in a natural way
• Managing lighting and audio in residential environments
• Capturing enough variation to support ongoing ad campaigns
⸻
3. Post-Production (Light Editing + Delivery)
We are not looking for fully edited ads at this stage, but we do require:
• Basic trimming of usable clips
• Clean audio where required
• Colour consistency across footage
• Export in high-quality formats
⸻
4. File Delivery & Organisation (Critical)
All assets must be:
• Uploaded to a shared Google Drive
• Clearly structured and easy to navigate
• Named according to provided naming conventions
Poor file organisation will be treated as incomplete delivery.
⸻
Expected Outputs
From the shoot, we expect approximately:
• 6–8 talking-to-camera video segments
• 20–30 B-roll clips
• 20+ high-quality still images
If this level of coverage is not achieved, the shoot will be considered inefficient.
⸻
What Matters Most
This is where most applicants fail. Be explicit:
• Natural, non-scripted feel
• Strong B-roll storytelling
• Clean audio
• Premium visual quality
• Efficient shooting (minimal wasted time)
⸻
What We Do NOT Want
• Overly corporate or staged footage
• Poor audio or lighting
• Minimal coverage requiring reshoots
• Slow or disorganised delivery
⸻
Engagement Type
• Fixed price or day rate (to be proposed)
• Potential for ongoing work if quality is high
⸻
Application Requirements
To be considered, you must provide:
• Portfolio with relevant lifestyle or interview work
• Examples of B-roll storytelling
• Equipment list
• Day rate or project estimate
• Confirmation of availability in the specified date window
⸻
Important Note
You will be working from a detailed production brief (attached).
Do not apply unless you are confident you can execute at a high level without heavy direction.
