Construction Video Enhancement & Editing

I have several training videos that were assembled in an online slideshow creator. Right now the narration races ahead of the visuals, then stalls on static slides while the voiceover continues. I need that rhythm fixed and the overall look elevated so the final piece feels informative and educational without losing viewer interest.
Here is the exact workflow I have in mind:
• Detach the narration track, retime both picture and sound, then re-sync so every idea lands naturally.
• Trim or extend individual slide segments; where a new concept begins, insert a clean Slide transition—no fades or wipes.
• Whenever the narration lingers on one graphic for too long, replace boredom with fresh visuals: high-quality photos or short video clips of real-world construction activity that match the talking points.
• Apply colour correction, audio levelling and light motion graphics where appropriate, but keep the overall tone professional, clear and training-oriented.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Final 1080p MP4 video with balanced pacing and Slide transitions.
2. Separate mastered audio track (WAV or high-quality AAC).
3. Project file(s) from your NLE so future edits are possible.
