Hi, I’m Shelly. I run a podcast and I’m looking for a reliable, detail focused editor for end to end editing.
Each episode is usually 45 minutes to 60 minutes or sometimes longer.
Branding assets, intro, and outro are already ready. You only need to assemble them neatly with strong pacing, clean audio, accurate captions, and consistent branding.
This is long term work. 4 podcasts per month.
What you will edit per podcast
1. Full episode editing (YouTube 16:9)
Clean cuts, pacing, smooth transitions
Intro and outro added (provided)
Audio clean up, leveling, noise reduction, voice clarity
2. Captions with correct spellings
Accurate spellings of names, terms, and keywords
Provide SRT file
If possible, also provide a version with burned in captions
3. 5 short clips per episode (Reels or Shorts 9:16)
You select 5 strong moments with good hooks
Each short must include captions with correct spellings
4. Thumbnail
1 thumbnail per episode in my branding style (references will be shared)
5. Branding consistency
Use my existing brand kit and keep everything consistent across episode and shorts
What I will provide
Raw video and audio files
Intro, outro, logo, brand kit
Thumbnail reference style and basic guidelines
Budget
₹1,500 per podcast
4 podcasts per month
Total ₹6,000 per month
Growth based budget increase
As the channel grows and reaches strong follower count and amplification, I will increase the budget substantially for the right editor. I want someone who can grow with the channel long term.
Turnaround time
Full episode plus 5 shorts within 3 to 4 days of receiving files.
