Clean Low-Quality Audio Recordings

I need help cleaning low-quality audio recordings. The goal is to extract conversation from recordings with DJs and music playing in the background. There what’s a recording device in my car and I want to prove that I was the only one in the car if possible. In most of the recordings there was loud music playing in the background from the radio with DJ is often talking in the background. Is there a way to determine whether Voice is heard or from the car stereo or in the car itself? I have 5 recordings of about 60 minutes each.

Requirements:
- Background music and DJ noise should be removed
- Maintain clarity of conversation

- Attention to detail in noise reduction
