I have all the raw footage for a short film that will live on social media, and I need it shaped into a sleek, high-contrast piece that feels like it was shot at 3 a.m.—deep blacks, rich highlights, and a quietly intense mood throughout. The cut should breathe through speed-ramped transitions driven by the motion on screen rather than stock wipes or digital glitches. Every edit should feel motivated and invisible.
Audio is just as important to me as picture. I want sharp, well-placed SFX that ride on top of the music bed and heighten key moments without ever crowding them. If you like layering foley and whooshes so the viewer feels each movement, we’ll get along great. Dialogue is minimal; the sound-effects track is the star.
Please keep the final deliverable in a true widescreen frame (2.35:1 or similar), exported at the highest bitrate suitable for online platforms. If you work in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere and can provide graded, LUT-friendly project files alongside the mastered render, even better. I can share reference stills for the exact colour palette once we start.
Acceptance criteria
• Final edit matches the briefed “stealth/late-night” grade, with smooth speed ramps and no generic digital transitions.
• Sound-effects layer is clear, punchy, and well balanced with the music track.
• Master file in widescreen, plus any requested intermediate files or project files.
