Charity Karaoke Concert Filming and Editing

This event is raising funds for Young Lives vs Cancer, a UK charity supporting children, teenagers, and young adults with cancer, as well as their families. They provide practical, emotional, and financial support during treatment and beyond, helping young people focus on living life, not cancer.

Filming Requirements

We’d like coverage of:
• 12 main karaoke performances (full performances)
• A live song auction
• Audience reactions and atmosphere (singing along, cheering, socialising)
• General venue and event atmosphere, including charity branding where possible

Editing & Deliverables

All deliverables to be provided within 1 week after the event:
1. Highlight video
• Approx. 3 minutes
• Energetic, feel-good edit capturing the spirit of the night and the charity
2. Instagram video
• Approx. 30 seconds
• Optimised for Instagram (Reels-friendly, vertical or adaptable)
3. Individual performance videos
• 12 separate videos (one per main performance)
• Delivered as individual online links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

Additional Notes
• Single-camera coverage is acceptable if experienced with live events
• Clean audio capture is important (line-in or good ambient mic setup)
• Please include examples of previous event or live-performance work
• Kindly share your availability, total quote, and what’s included (shooting hours, editing, revisions)

This is a paid role with a fixed budget of 200 poinds and we’re looking for someone reliable, friendly, and comfortable filming a lively charity event.-
