Boost Dialogue Volume Clarity

I have a single recording where the conversation is buried under the rest of the track. Voices dip in and out, making it almost impossible to follow the English dialogue on normal laptop speakers or headphones. I’m uploading the original file to you exactly as-is (it ended up exporting as an MP3 even though the picture is in an MP4 container), and I’m not worried about preserving any incidental ambience or music that might be in there—only the speech matters.

Your job is to pull those voices forward, clean up anything that masks intelligibility, and return an audio track that lets me catch every word without cranking the volume or reaching for subtitles. Feel free to use your preferred toolkit—iZotope RX, Adobe Audition, Audacity plug-ins, or anything else that gets the result—so long as the finished file plays back clearly on everyday equipment.

I’ll consider the work finished when:
• Speech is consistently audible and balanced from start to finish.
• No noticeable artifacts (warbling, metallic echoes) are introduced.
• Output arrives in a common format (WAV, MP3, or AAC) that I can drop straight onto the timeline or listen to standalone.

Once I confirm those points, we’re done.
