Background Audio Isolation

I need an audio file processed to isolate specific spoken words or dialogue. The background noise is an ambient sound from a bathroom exhaust fan.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in audio editing software
- Experience with noise reduction techniques
- Ability to isolate specific audio elements in a recording
- Attention to detail

I only need the first 1:30 audio isolated.

I have analyzed the raw audio :
from 30-50 sec I can hear “get out”
At around 54 I can hear unmistakable vocalization
From 1:00-1:30 there are vocal pops and words of some sort
