I will send you a set of raw audiobook session files. The voice talent made several stumbles, false starts, and read-backs, so your job is to comb through every minute, remove anything that shouldn’t be there, and return polished audio that flows naturally.
The source arrives as multiple session files; the finished product must come back as clearly named chapter files, ready for mastering or direct upload. Keep the original sample rate and overall sound character—my only request is that every error, mouth click, or obvious retake is cleanly cut so the narration sounds seamless. Light fades at the edit points are essential so there are no audible jumps.
Preferred tools are totally up to you; whether you work in Adobe Audition, Audacity, Reaper, or iZotope RX, the end result should be consistent levels, matched tone across chapters, and no trace of the removed material.
Deliverables:
• A separate, final WAV or high-quality MP3 for each chapter
• A short edit log or marker file (time-stamps) so I can spot-check if needed
