Audio Noise Reduction and Clarity

I need help to enhance some security footage audio. The current recordings are of poor quality and need significant improvement.

Requirements:
- Reduce background ambient noise (e.g., wind, traffic)
- Amplify and clarify vocal/dialogue

Ideal Skills:

- Proficiency in noise reduction techniques
- Ability to enhance audio quality for clarity
