Audio Editor Needed for Syndicated Radio Show

Seeking an Audio Editor for a Nationally Syndicated Radio Show

Hi there,
I'm the host of Nights with Ventura, a nationally syndicated radio show that airs every night from 7PM to 12AM. It’s a love song request and dedication show, and I'm looking to upgrade how I deliver the show to affiliate stations.

What I’m Offering:
Currently, stations receive five raw voice tracks per hour and insert their own music. I want to offer them a fully produced version of the show that includes:

My voice tracks (provided daily)

Songs I select, based on a weekly cue sheet

Sweepers and imaging

Segmented files that allow for local ad breaks

What You’ll Do:
As my audio editor, you’ll be responsible for:

Editing and assembling 5 hours of content per night, 7 days a week

Mixing in my voice tracks with music according to the cue sheet

Creating three segments per hour (13 minutes, 15 minutes, and 21 minutes)

Ensuring all content is properly timed and broadcast-ready

Delivering the finished show each day in advance of the next night’s airdate

All assets (voice tracks, cue sheets, sweepers, etc.) will be provided to you in advance.

Payment:
$60 USD per month, paid on the 1st of each month

Ongoing, consistent work with a set schedule

Ideal Candidate:
You should have experience with audio editing (radio or podcast preferred), an ear for timing and transitions, and the ability to meet daily deadlines reliably.
