Audio Editing (Background hum & click removal + equalization) for talking video.

I am recording a series of videos for software training, using a Blue Yeti microphone.
I need the audio files to be edited to not have a background hum, have clicks be less noticeable, and for the voice to sound nice to listen to.
Audio can be silenced, but must not be cut (timings need to stay matching the video).
