Radio Ad Placement Guidance

i need guidance on setting up and running radio ads for US market, need guidance on platform to use for self serve, where it is AUDIO ADS and they go to FM STATIONS, ie for live radio broadcasts, the kind you listen to when you drive, not to google ads or spotify . This is a simple project, please address accordingly.
