Analysis of requirements and solutions

I need you to analyze the possibility of using some tools like Centova, Azuracast, Matomo, Media CP, Everestcast, Icecast, Shoutcast, among others that you may know.

What we need?

We need a statistics measurement platform to create a new streamings for different AM/FM radios (not dj playlist online radios) or add and use the actual streaming that the radio already uses, and we need that this platform achieve the possibility to provide statistics, metrics and measurements, in conformity with the MRC (Media Rating Council) - Digital Audio Measurement Standards. Which of this platforms can better suply this needs one by one? if something is not present in this platforms, with the provided info inside the platform we can modify something or create a new report to achive?

Which one of this platforms have the possibility to insert ads in the streamings? or which platform can be combined with this to achieve this possibility?

We will need you to show all the costs involved in this implementation, like: how much it will cost each streaming for a radio? how much we will have to pay for a server and licenses, and others...

Besides this analisys, are you able to implement this in another job?
