I need a lawyer good at copyright infringement on ETSY -- 2

I have provided Etsy with notice of alleged copyright infringement. But the copier fill a counter notice, so I am here seeking a court order against the allegedly infringing member who is in China.
I have register a IP on ECO and the copier list the listing after that.
I want to ask ETSY to remove the listings and suspend his account ,how can I do?
