My first question is, is it possible to sue an American company from outside USA? I live in Germany and bought a Cisco device on January 2020 through Cisco international sells team (not from Germany). They sold me the wrong device. And now for 2 years, they are giving me different excuses, and forwarding me to different departments. I wrote and received maybe more than 300 emails. I have full conversation proof from the emails. No attorney of free world could win against me. If it's possible I would be happy to share contingency fee.
