Job ID: 31255196

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I'm Hassan from Aurora Violins, we are a small violin manufacturers from Brazil, where we keep a factory in São Paulo; and office/stock in Miami, USA.
Recently, exactly June 4, we received an online purchase regarding an Aurora Cello from a customer named Evgenii Pichugin from Bothell WA.
So, we crafted it and shipped her a mint Cello which was delivered on July 6.
After 30 days, exactly August 6, we received an e-mail from this customer saying he noticed that the cello's neck had a crack. It surely happens due to extreme temperature/humidity variation, since it's made from real wood, and it should not be exposed to this kind of situation as it could expand and retracts very fast, causing a crack. We asked him to wait a couple days to see if the crack would increase or not. He did'nt wait, and opened a claim on Paypal, which they just blocked our money and decided on his behalf. That's really dangerous to a luthiery..
