Unfreeze my financial account

Dear sirs,
I am a USA non resident, this summer I have invested some funds in a venture financial company, now I have received from the company the 1040NR form for paying the income tax, 30% to be refunded.
That problem is that they have frozen my account until I do not pay the relating taxes.
Need an attorney that can help me to unfreeze my account, and that can tell me when it is the deadline for paying taxed for income of this year.
