Seeking Part-Time Securities Attorney

We, as a growing boutique securities law firm based in Irvine California, are looking for a corporate and securities attorney with approximately 3 to 5 years’ experience on part-time and project basis ASAP. The hourly rate is approximately $50 to $65 per hour. The candidate will have the flexibility to work from home. The job requires experience of drafting registration statements, private placement documents, and 34 Act compliance filings. The firm represents public offerings and private placements (for foreign and domestic issuers) in terms of raising financing, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with the securities laws.
