Personal loan

I gave out a personal loan to one of our Tenants and unfortunately he stopped paying last month. We do have a contract in place in where the terms and agreements we came about. How ever I wanted to reach out and find an attorney that can help me navigate the small court claim and to make sure I do have everting in place to move forward. Thanks In Advance
