Los Angeles or Orange County Attorney for Noise Nuisance / Harassment Litigation

I am looking to hire a LA or Orange County based attorney to litigate a nuisance/harassment lawsuit that we filed against our neighbors. These were textbook neighbors from hell and I can link you to videos that illustrate that. The insurance company (yes, insurance company); surprisingly the neighbors put this to their insurance and they were provided representation, has decided to do what insurance companies do and not make a reasonable offer. The insurance policy is for 100k. There was a 998 presented to us for 10k. We rejected it.

I don't particularly care if this is your field of expertise. I'm more concerned with finding an intelligent attorney that can take the reins and get up to speed relatively quickly. Thanks in advance for any responses.
