Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a parenting plan that is not being followed and now my child is hospitalized. I want to file a motion asking the court to compel. JDF 1418. I completed the form. I don't need representation in court. I just need the judge to be aware that the other parent continues to not do what was agreed and ordered and as a result the child continues to be at risk.
I am not asking for anything specific, just that the court do what they believe is in the best interest of my child given the ongoing history, current situation, and their experience of the plethora of cases where other children go through these same things due to parents not playing by the rules.
I'm done with spending tons of money on legal fees for investigations and lengthy battles that result in no change. I simply want to file this motion so the court can either act or not, but at least ensure I have done my due diligence to make the court aware of what's going on.
I live 1300 miles out of State. So I need someone local who can make sure the procedures are followed and my motion is seen by a judge. If a court date is issued, I will represent myself.
Please provide a fixed price quote for validating I have everything in order as needed to properly enter my motion into the court record such that a judge will need to make a decision other than "this wasn't submitted properly and therefore going to be ignored."
